Olivia Dasso was born and raised in the California. She began training in dance at the age of 12 where she began studying East Coast and West Coast Swing and Hustle. Being such an enthusiastic child with lots of energy, she competed and won many competitons and was considered the best in her caliber.

She then joined a Social Dance Club where it enabled her to travel all over Europe with this dance troupe. In this dance club she began to study the different elements of Latin Style Ballroom. She learned Mambo, Samba, and Cha-Cha.

At the end of 1998 she met Johnny Vazquez and began training with him in Salsa. Being such a natural on stage, she immediately conquered and mastered Salsa allowing her to win 1st place at The Mayan Dance Contest in '99 and also at The Sportsman's Lodge Contest '99.

Currently, Olivia is on contracted along with her partner Johnny, with Bacardi World Salsa Tour. She has seen many countries such as Italy, Spain, Germany, Argentina, Equador, Colombia, and Panama.
